After two days of gathering, in environments simulating their workplaces, the 500 participants become Dubai Shapers — part of the change they want to see.
Across these sessions, we will share our view of the future, then work with them to explore what it means to them and how they will shape it also.
It ends with an individual commitment, about what they need to shape that future with what is within their control.

How it works
from application to your seat
before you apply
You currently work or operate your business in Dubai.
You can attend both days during the week of 16 November — a two-hour session each day.
The workshops are predominantly conducted in English.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
